He has a collected canter that is comfy. He will lope circles and catch his leads. He will move off of seat and leg cues. He is soft in the bridle and will break at the poll and ride low headed. He trail rides for anyone and will go through water quietly, up and down the steep embankments, and through the woods. He rides relaxed on a loose rein and is not spooky. He has been ridden through the pastures to check sheep and cattle. He has excellent ground manners, stands tied, loads, bathes, and hauls.
